INCIDENT: Fatal Traffic Collision
LOCATION: Twentynine Palms Highway / Sage Avenue, Town of Yucca Valley
VICTIM(S): Adult Male
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 11:00 p.m., deputies from the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station, assigned to the City of Yucca Valley, responded to a single motorcycle accident near the intersection of Twentynine Palms Highway and Sage Avenue. Deputies and Emergency personnel arrived and located the male driver of the motorcycle, who was unresponsive. The male suffered major injuries and despite life-saving measures by emergency personnel, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The male’s identity has been withheld pending notification of next of kin.
