Chad Mayes was part of Yucca Valley Sewer Problem

The “Desert Sun” of the low desert endorsed Karalee. They mentioned Mr. Mayes more experienced background. That’s the weird part – everybody assumes if you’re in civic government you have lots of bonafide credentials in government experience.

Yucca Valley has been a rudderless town that said “YES” to most every Corporation and Franchise that would have them AND THEY’VE BEEN HAD. There’s been no Bold Decision Making and that’s why the residents are looking at a $300 million dollar sewer project (plus another $100 million dollars in flood control expenses).

As two time mayor, three term Councilman and Chair of “the Blue Ribbon Impact Fee Committee” (which only impact fee’d ten percent recommended) – Chad Mayes was part of the problem.

The Desert Sun Editorial Staff probably didn’t know anything the Yucca Valley Mess. As far as “legislative gridlock”, a Republican Assemblyman would just add to that (CA Assembly is currently Democrat Super-majority).

If Chad Mayes is elected all we’ll hear about is HIS TEXAS FIRST Right Wing agenda being thwarted by all those Democrats. We’d hear that a whole two years because this CA Assembly is just a “place holder” for Mr. Chad Mayes running for U.S. Congressional District #8.

His lobbyist friend Letitia White (of Federal Strategies in WASH DC) is hoping for that outcome (she donated $1,500 of his $77,000 primary campaign funding).

Mr. Mayes might be a young man, but he’s been groomed to be the same old-same old political animal that has governed this area for decades.

It’s an easy Choice people. Karalee Hargrove for 42nd State Assembly.
