Theatre 29 and director Robin Wanless will hold open auditions for the comedy “Barbecuing Hamlet”  Monday, March 14, at 6:00 p.m. on the main stage of Theatre 29. This will be the directorial debut for Wanless, 20, a student at Copper Mountain College, who has been very active as both a performer and stage technician with Theatre 29 for the past few years. “Barbecuing Hamlet” is the third show in the Theatre 29 2011 season. HEMET, CA- During the end of the year, 2010, the Hemet and San Jacinto Sheriff Stations received several reports of robberies involving masked males targeting elderly females at their residences. Through the investigations it was revealed that prior to being assaulted, the victims had received money from the Chase Bank located at 1800 East Florida Avenue, Hemet. UPDATE: on January 24, 2010 at 8:01 p.m., Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of SR62 and Cherokee Tr. in the Town of Yucca Valley reference a traffic collision. Upon arrival deputies discovered that a female adult pedestrian was struck by a moving vehicle within the eastbound lanes of SR62. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. La Quinta– Neighbors came to the rescue of a 34 year old woman who was stabbed several times during a domestic altercation Tuesday night at about 9:30 PM. The first aid and quick action by the off-duty nurse and other residents is believed to have helped save the victim’s life.
