At about 7:45 AM today (Wednesday) officers from the Palm Desert Police Department responded to the 74200 block of Alessandro Drive for a report of a possible domestic dispute between a male and a female. Upon arrival, officers contacted a 16-year-old female who was being uncooperative. The officers entered the apartment to conduct a safety sweep for possible suspects or victims. On 07-07-10, the 16 year old female victim reported to the Chino Hills Police Department that she was sexually involved with her band teacher, Justin Wallin. Wallin was her band teacher at Chino Hills High School while the sexual relationship was occurring. The victim’s parents discovered sexually explicit text messages on the victim’s cell phone sent from Wallin.
