On 07-07-10, the 16 year old female victim reported to the Chino Hills Police Department that she was sexually involved with her band teacher, Justin Wallin. Wallin was her band teacher at Chino Hills High School while the sexual relationship was occurring. The victim’s parents discovered sexually explicit text messages on the victim’s cell phone sent from Wallin.
