Designated route good compromise on ORV ordinance – Ogemaw County Herald Over the past couple of months, the West Branch City Council has been working on an ORV ordinance to allow ORVs to be operated within the city limits. A few weeks ago, we ran an editorial stating that the city should vote not to adopt the ordinance. On 07-07-10, the 16 year old female victim reported to the Chino Hills Police Department that she was sexually involved with her band teacher, Justin Wallin. Wallin was her band teacher at Chino Hills High School while the sexual relationship was occurring. The victim’s parents discovered sexually explicit text messages on the victim’s cell phone sent from Wallin. After reviewing their phone bill, they discovered over 8,000 text messages from Wallin to the victim’s phone. It was discovered that Wallin had engaged in various sex acts with the victim...
