As this series of winter storms pass through San Bernardino County, residents and visitors need to be alert. Debris could be blocking the roadways and present a hazard. Also, roadways are slippery and visibility is reduced, so motorists are advised to leave earlier than usual to allow for slower driving conditions. SAN BERNARDINO – Supervisors Gary C. Ovitt and Janice Rutherford began new four year terms on the Board of Supervisors following Oath of Office ceremonies at the County Government Center today. Supervisor Ovitt, who currently serves as Board of Supervisors Chairman, will continue to represent the Fourth District, which includes the cities of Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, and Montclair. On 07-07-10, the 16 year old female victim reported to the Chino Hills Police Department that she was sexually involved with her band teacher, Justin Wallin. Wallin was her band teacher at Chino Hills High School while the sexual relationship was occurring. The victim’s parents discovered sexually explicit text messages on the victim’s cell phone sent from Wallin.
