These Damned hikers are costing the taxpayers a fortune. Every time one of them gets lost the County breaks out the off road vehicles and pisses away my green sticker money looking for these pukes. They should have to put up a bond just to cover the cost of dragging there carcasses out of the wilderness when they get lost. On 07-07-10, the 16 year old female victim reported to the Chino Hills Police Department that she was sexually involved with her band teacher, Justin Wallin. Wallin was her band teacher at Chino Hills High School while the sexual relationship was occurring. The victim’s parents discovered sexually explicit text messages on the victim’s cell phone sent from Wallin.
