A Letter From the City sent to Steve Donnell has been uncovered by Cactus Thorns.  The Letter dated September 23, 2009, “Directs City Code Enforcement to send a Letter by Certified Mail  to ensure that Steve Donnell is aware that he can’t conduct any business from his firing range or cannot or have anyone pay to fire their weapons at his range.” The Letter also states states that “Any commercial business or activity at your pistol/rifle range is unlawful and would be persecuted, until, and if, a commercial use...
