Officers from the Perris Police Department responded to a call of a skydiver injured during a hard landing. The investigation revealed Mike Ungar (32 years old from Ontario, Canada) was injured during a difficult aerial maneuver. He came to a stop in a shallow pond on the property and his friends removed him from the water. Medical personnel were summoned and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was performed.
