Welcome to Yucca ValleyNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided by Government Code of the State of California Section 54956 that Chad Mayes called a Special Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Yucca Valley, for Monday, September 27, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center, Ocotillo Room, 57090 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, California, for the below stated purpose.

    How about a job fair to honor the vets? Now is not the time for spending money on special meetings to discuss what amounts to little more than fluff.
    Sewers, sidewalks, fairgrounds, horse arenas, and celebrations come second after the economy. After filling empty buildings. This should be handled by the Chamber of Commerce and by private parties. A mandated city sponsored parade is superficial at best.
