Phelan man dies in head on collision

calif-highway-patrolOn December 5, 2008 at approximately 9:46 p.m., Johnnie Graham, a 31 year-old resident of Phelan, was traveling southbound on Sheep Creek Road at Manzano Road, at an unknown speed.

Graham was driving a 1996 Kia Sephia, when for an unknown reason he veered into the northbound lane colliding head on with a Dodge pick up truck.

San Bernardino County Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced Graham dead.

California Highway Patrol is investigating the collision.
