A story in the L.A. Times entitled “Blogger beware” on Aug. 23 tells us that in response to libelous posts and threats by bloggers and on websites, the courts have agreed that people can use the law to protect themselves. Those who abuse their right to free speech can be hauled into court for their Internet comments, even if they are posted anonymously — and some have been jailed.
Fringe off-road vehicle riders have been targeting anyone who speaks out against illegal ORV abuse with racist and anti-Semitic rants, and threats including posting the location of their homes. This has led to vandalism against those who have the right to protect their private property from trespass and damage. In addition, these same perpetrators have been using complaints to code enforcement as a way to retaliate against those who report illegal ORV activity.
We call upon our law enforcement agencies to aggressively pursue these un-American and cowardly attacks against law-abiding citizens and insist on a zero tolerance policy for cyberstalking and any form of retaliation.
I suppose I’m going to once again have to defend myself from the absolutely ridiculous accusations that I blog “racist and anti-Semitic rants” or I have posted addresses of people I disagree with.
Once and for all time this website has never knowingly posted an individuals address that we have had a beef with, nor have we ever knowingly put any family member of anyone in danger. I suggest that Mr. Elmendorp prove his statement or forever shut his pie hole.
Klasky and now this Elmendorp want to use “the club” of everyone that writes or speaks against them has to be a racist or anti-Semitic. Well that is just plain bull shit.

This website is a great example of political tolerance in that anyone with an IQ above 80 can submit a blog post no matter their political persuasion or racial make up.

But, here’s some good dirt for you. If you’ve ever seen him in the stores with his “service” dog — IT’S A FAKE which is a criminal misdemenor. There’s currently a claim against Animal Control at risk managment for refusing to cite him (they don’t want to deal with him. ) So, if you’ve ever seen him or know someone who has CALL ANIMAL CONTROL AND COMPLAIN.
Also, according to this claim, he brought his dog into court and beat a restraining order filed by a neighbor, saying he’s sick and needs a service dog. Animal control has had complaints from both San Bernardino County and Riverside County on the fake dog running OFF LEASH IN THE STORES, but won’t charge him (Penal code #365.7) the penalty comes with a year in jail.
Oh yeah, by the way, bringing the fake dog into court constitutes perjury
(considered aggravated assault by the feds) and neither the sheriff’s or the DA will prosecute(they say he’s too old.)
The Feds will go after them and immigration is willing to start procedures
for deportation because of the perjury, but our wonderful County officials
just let this guy do whatever he wants because he causes too much trouble and without the charges, there’s nothing the feds can do.

Living near this guy, he has destroyed the community. If he doesn’t like it, you can’t have it -- regardless of what the law says. He lives for destroying reputations, using county services to turn in his neighbors. Everyone has had Code Enforcement, Animal Control or both at their doors because of his complaints. Several have ended up in court and all have been DISMISSED IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE. The most recent, the dog lady, was his target for 2 years. He lied saying her dogs make noise (they don’t and all neighbor’s gave her letters saying so.) Even though he lived twice the legal distance to complain, Animal Control gave him a waiver even though he didn’t have the proof required by law. He tried to badger the authorities to prevent her from getting a kennel license to save her dogs, but he failed. First, he went after the horse people — he didn’t want the horses on the road. Then, the dirt bikers, which apparantly he hasn’t finished with yet.
Now, it’s the dog people. Any person owning a dog within a quarter mile radius has been turned in for fraudulent reasons.
For many years, he runs around with his fake service dog, letting him run off leash in the stores. Even though Animal control has
received multiple complaints, they still won’t cite him.
As I wrote earlier, he perjured himself in court when the dog lady tried to get a restraining order after both she and her dogs were physically threatened. Once again, animal control was called, but still wouldn’t cite him.
Maybe the dirt bikers and dog people can get together. The dog lady has filed a complaint at risk management to have Animal control and the sheriff clean up their act -- cite this guy and press perjury charges. Maybe it’s time for the honest, law abiding citizens (real — not greencard holders like Brahm Elmendorp) to work together to stop this sociopath once and for all. We deserve better. We deserve to live our lives without some crazy greencard holder telling us what to do. We’re tired of living in the dictatorship of “Elmendork the terrible!. Anyone have any ideas????
The one bit of good news — the feds will start deportation proceedings upon a guilty plea of perjury. Contact your board of supervisors — tell them the problems you have had with Elmendorp
and between us all, let’s hope we can end his reign.

I’ll absolutely give my input. We’ve got the guy if
the Board of Supervisors will make Animal Control and the Sheriff’s do their job. Although what he’s doing to the dirt bikers is considered a civil matter, any complaints anyone has about his behavior
will be taken into consideration by immigration. I’ll be setting up an e-mail address for people to register their complaints. We’ll know in two weeks what the Board of Supervisors is going to do about the risk managment complaint!
So it turns out the guy throwing the stones lives in a glass house! Very interesting indeed.
Was he successful in stopping the horses?
Yup!. The horse people were all nice, gentle folk. Rather than listening to his badgering, they simply took their rides in other locations. It’s really sad because when he moved here, there were tons of horses living in the neighborhood. Not anymore. They all moved away. Incidentally, the horse people were his target before the dirt bikes.

Many of us here in the Basin share Mr. Elmendorp’s concern about liable in the media as expressed in his article published in the Star last Wednesday, titled “Prosecute Online Persecution.” But what WE find LIBELOUS are the false and accusatory statements he himself continues to contribute including the unfounded accusations made in said article. Mr. Elmendorp, it seems, would do well to heed his own warnings!
Mr. Elmendorp is an outspoken leader in a local hate group. He is a steering committee person credited on the COW website. He was un-successful in his active opposition to the recent change in our off-road ordinance which restores a citizen’s property rights.
We realize that his grapes may have soured and we can sympathize with that. But we must regard these and all of his unsubstantiated claims as nothing more than an attempt to stir the dust on an issue that is settled.

wow, this guy is a real pile. I had a goof near me doing some of the same things, I finally handeled it by myself. I have come to understand the county and law enforcement are weak when it comes to taking on these types. They are quick to cite an easy target (money)and joe average, because we try to live with in the laws and live and let live.
