(FLASHBACK) JOSHUA TREE, CA – (Press Release) “A White Christmas in the Blak Box” is a special Holiday Musical Revue that features a variety of Holiday songs and dances plus special select scenes from past award-winning Blak Box Holiday Productions like the opening song from “A Farndale Christmas Carol” and that amazing Christmas Eve scene from “Another Day In Baghdad,” both of which won coveted regional awards from the Desert Theatre League for their excellence. It also includes traditional Christmas favorites such as “White Christmas,” “Santa Baby,” “We Need a Little Christmas” and many more. Jarrod Radnich & Craig Knudsen, the theatre’s board president and vice president, will also debut some “never-before released” material from a new Christmas musical written with Los Angeles Producer Rob Loos, to be released next year.

Show creator/director Rebecca Havely is last year’s recipient of the Desert Star Award for Best Director and a nominee for direction for “Crimes of the Heart” this last season. She will be singing in the revue alongside actors Corbett Brattin, Manuel Rincon, Sherry Powell, and Lorraine Williamson, and will feature the talents of Chris Hernandez, Jericho McWilliams, J.J. Pulu, Izzy Pulu, Bobo Tuli, Nick McCloud, Courtney Niles, Ashlee Nixon, Wendy Powell, Jacqueline Dilling, Brad Holt, Robert Spoecker and Randy Taylor.
