On Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 11:20 p.m., deputies from the Twin Peaks Station conducted a vehicle check on a truck parked at Switzer Park on Highway 18.
During the vehicle check, deputies contacted the two occupants, Enrique Frias, 22 of Los Angeles and the victim, a 17 year old female.
During the contact it was learned both had been at Switzer Park where they engaged in sexual acts with each other.
The ensuing investigtaion revealed that Frias and the victim have been dating for a number of months.
Frias was arrested for PC 261.5(c), Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a minor.
Frias was booked into the Central Detention Center and the victim was released to her parents.
