ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT – LAKE HAVASU CITY Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Enrique Cardenas, 46, of Lake Havasu City, early Thursday (5/15) evening. Approximately 6:42 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at Price Drive and London Bridge Road. The driver was identified as Cardenas. During conversations with Cardenas, he said that he has been living here for 20 years and he does not have legal documents to be in this country. With the assistance of Border Patrol, Cardenas was determined to be an illegal immigrant. Cardenas was taken into custody and transported to the Mohave County Jail where Border Patrol later took him into custody. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
TRESPASSING – KINGMAN Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Shawna Suerae Zybell, 29, a transient, Thursday (5/15) afternoon for trespassing, felony. Approximately 2:24 p.m., deputies responded to a trespasser at a residence in the 2900 block of Hearne Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies detained the suspect identified as Zybell. Deputies contacted an 82-year-old female victim. The victim said that an unknown female subject entered her house and she told the female subject to leave numerous times but she didn’t. During conversations with Zybell, she said that she was already here and her name is Shawna. Zybell transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
WARRANT ARREST – MOHAVE VALLEY Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Wesley Kane Hauer, 40, a transient, early Thursday (5/15) evening on an active warrant. Deputies knew Hauer to have a warrant and they received a tip regarding her whereabouts. Approximately 6:10 p.m., deputies responded to the desert area near Barrackman Road and Plantation Drive. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Hauer. A records check confirmed Hauer to have a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Hauer was taken into custody without incident. He transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
WARRANT ARRESTS/MARIJUANA – FORT MOHAVE
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Ernie Williams, 56, of Williams, and Ricky James Moran, 51, of Fort Mohave, early Wednesday (5/14) afternoon. Williams was arrested on a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Bullhead City Justice Court. Moran was arrested on a fugitive from justice felony warrant issued out of Inyo County in California, and possession of marijuana, misdemeanor. Approximately 12:45 p.m., deputies contacted Williams at a residence in the 1300 block of Camp Mohave Road regarding his active warrant where he was taken into custody without incident. Deputies contacted Moran at the residence. A records check showed Moran to have an outstanding warrant. Moran was taken into custody without incident. Deputies found Moran to be in possession of marijuana. Williams and Moran were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
