On June 4, 2010 at 1645 hrs., detectives from Perris Station initiated a vehicle stop on a sexual predator, Manuel Rivera. Detectives had interviewed a 15-year-old female victim earlier tin the day who reported Rivera sexually molesting and having sex with her on April 29, 2010. The victim reported preceding the molestation, Rivera had offered to give her a ride to school, and instead drove her to his home and had sex with her.
The victim had been acquainted with Rivera for a few months before he sexually molested her. She had met him at church and she had trusted Rivera to give her a ride to school. During the search of Rivera’s car incident to the arrest, detectives located photographs of the victim with her family, at school and at home.
Another example of how Federal Immigration Policies have contributed to a complete disregard for our laws and our children’s safety, Rivera has had 22 previous contacts with law enforcement, with 22 different identities, 12 different dates of births and is in this country as an undocumented immigrant (Illegal Alien).
Based on this information, Rivera was arrested without incident and booked at Robert Presley Detention Center for: 288PC/Lewd acts with a Child.
*ICE will be allowing the son of a bitch to return to his Perris residence as soon as they can arrange transportation and provide him with legal council. AG Eric Holder has asked that he be released on his own recognizances, because there might have been a problem with the unconstitutionality of the laws concerning child molestation as applied to “undocumented Immigrants.” He will be pleading his innocence by reason of mental defect as he is Crazy about that young stuff.

Isn’t it just wonderful how we protect our children… parents try to protect them and the government and lawyers let them have their way with them.
Makes me absolutley furious.
So there is this guy who comes to OUR country and abuses little girls and forever imprints upon their minds the horrors of being raped and molested and because he is from another country he gets diplomatic immunity? Is that what our world has come too? This is okay with us as long as we dont rock the boat? This is bullshit. I think we need to go back to the old days when a person commited a crime the punishment fit and we handled things without all the horsin’ around. If this bastard is guilty then I say screw cruel and unusual punishment laws and torture him just like the memories of the event will that little girl for the rest of her life. I am so sick and tired of seeing shit like this happen. Our children should be safe and sound whereever they may roam and it should be the responsibility of ALL adults to ensure their safety at all times not just when they are on thier way to class. Hell we dont even know this guys real name, and at this point I am assured that only his mother knows who he really is. This is ridiculous and anyone who supports allowing illegal immigrants into our country that commit ANY crime should also have to serve time just as any other accomplice must when they are American citizens. They let them in to our country and therefore they are responsible for them. As for this POS I hope they send him back to where he came from in black plastic awaiting identity.
