What the competition saw
Faster than a speeding bullet, able to devastate the competition, winners of every one of their heats our racers for Cactus Thorns were a mighty sight to behold.
I’m not sure that anyone was officially declared winner of anything but I’m claiming bragging rights for all of us here at Cactus Thorns.
Three cheers to Branson Hunter for stepping up to the plate and following through with a promise. He is this weeks Small Town Hero.

We had the best builder, the best pilots and the greatest cause to defend. Our boys went out and won one for the freedom to tell it like it is. God Bless America!!!
The way I see it no one really lost the annual soap box derby, in fact every child there was a winner and every parent the best mom and dad in the whole wide world.
The Folks that put this event on every year should be given a big round of applause. Jolly good show.
