imagesThe Sacramento Court posted this last minute objection to 29 Palms Community Development Director Matt McCleary’s Declaration to the Court.

You can not get any closer to actually calling a guy out as a “F’n Liar” in legal terms than has Assistant Attorney General Michael Glenn Witmer done in this 12 page Objection.

Ok, Larry and the rest of you…. Take a few minutes and read this PDF.

State’s AG’s Objections to McCleary Declaration

I think you will find that the State caught McCleary with is pants roasting and his foot in his mouth. Its obvious that either Munoz ghost wrote his declaration or Matt thinks he is a Lawyer. Any way it goes we are talking committing a fraud to the court.

  1. I have observed McCleary (Pinocchio) fraudulently giving what I consider legal advice in meeting. That is a misdemeanor because it’s practicing the law without a license. Business and Professions Code section 6125 codifies that requirement: “No person shall practice law in California unless the person is an active member of the State Bar.” (§6125.)
    See: http://da.co.la.ca.us/pdf/UPLpublic.pdf

McClearly’s (Pinocchio) Declaration under penalty of perjury submitted to the court is pure fabrication… since the documents and city’s business records he alleges he knows all about covers the time before his employment. How can McClearly have “personal knowledge” of facts when he wasn’t even around?

Take a look at Objection 22… He’s not a licensed attorney to make that call. Pinocchio How about Item 23, proffering lay opinion as legal advise to the court.

I believe Pinocchio credibility has been impeached by the AG.

Pinocchio has been a self-serving a loose canyon. Munoz and Pinocchio carefully orchestrated campaign — pulling the wool over the eyes of the council — profit themselves while and leaving taxpayers and the city in utterly hopeless debt.

This is exactly why we need a change on the makeup of the council.
