Raul Andrade booking photoOn Thursday, December 26, 2013 the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Human Trafficking Detail learned of a suspect who was attempting to lure females into prostitution. The suspect, later identified as Raul Andrade, contacted female clients from a previous employment position in Rialto.  Sheriff’s Investigators were notified and a sting operation was conducted.  Andrade attempted to lure an undercover deputy into prostitution and was taken into custody.


Investigators believe Andrade has attempted to lure other victims into prostitution in the Rialto and Fontana areas.  Anyone with information regarding this investigation is urged to contact Investigator C. Flores or Deputy A.
