Too much Noel puts Tiffany in Jail

pds13-1219-1-GintherTiffanyOn Thursday, December 19, 2013 at about 11:32 p.m. officers from the Palm Desert Police Department responded to the intersection of Fred Waring Drive and Cook Street, in reference to a single vehicle traffic collision. The driver of a silver Chevy Cavalier was traveling eastbound on Fred Waring Drive approaching the intersection with Cook Street. Prior to the intersection, the Chevy Cavalier veered to the left and collided into the center median and a directional sign.

The investigation revealed that alcohol was a factor during this traffic collision. The driver of the Chevy Cavalier, Tiffany Lynn Ginther, age 43 from Palm Desert, was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated and booked into Riverside County Jail in the city of Indio. Ginther suffered no injuries as a result of the collision.
