It was a busy Weekend in Mohave Co.

ST18-Live-to-rideDEATH INVESTIGATION – LAKE HAVASU CITY

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the death of a male subject located off the roadway near a motorcycle on Highway 95 at milepost 175, near SARA Park, late Friday (6/7) afternoon. At about 4:25 p.m., deputies responded to the scene where a passerby called in the incident. The deceased subject is identified as William David Parker, 70, of Lake Havasu City.

Initial investigation determined the incident does not appear to be collision related. This investigation continues pending autopsy results.

WEAPON OFFENSE – GOLDEN VALLEY

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephanie Grace Eisnach, 34, of Golden Valley, early Saturday (6/8) evening for disorderly conduct with a weapon, felony. Approximately 5:00 p.m., deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence in the 3300 block of Malibu Road. Upon arrival, deputies observed a female subject exit the house waving a gun in the air. Deputies yelled at the subject several times to drop the gun, but she ignored their commands. Deputies observed the female subject turn around and run back into the residence. Deputies surrounded the residence and two deputies planted themselves nearby the front door.

A short time later, the female subject, later identified as Eisnach, exited the house without a gun in her hands. Eisnach was taken into custody. A search of the house revealed no other subjects at the residence. The gun was confiscated. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without further incident.

EXTREME DUI – BULLHEAD CITY

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jonathan Shannon Immesberger, 40, of Bullhead City, early Sunday (6/9) morning for DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08% and extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .15% and less than 20%, misdemeanors. Approximately 3:40 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Bullhead Parkway at Dessert Foothills Boulevard and contacted Immesberger, the driver. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Immesberger.

During conversations with Immesberger, he admitted to having a few drinks. Following the field sobriety tests (FST’s), Immesberger was taken into custody and transported to the Mohave County District II Substation where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to be .198%. He was booked into the jail without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – KINGMAN

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Jeremiah O’Keeffe, 48, of Kingman, early Sunday (6/9) evening for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon per domestic violence, aggravated assault-impede breathing per domestic violence and two counts of disorderly conduct per domestic violence, felonies. Approximately 6:05 p.m., deputies responded to a male subject waving a gun around in the front yard of a residence in the 2700 block of Devlin Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies observed a female subject exit the front door holding a gun. Deputies ordered the female subject to place the gun on the ground. The female subject placed the gun on the ground and walked away. Deputies observed a male subject walk out of the residence and he and the female subject indicated the male suspect was inside the house. The gun was confiscated.

Deputies detained O’Keeffe. During the investigation, deputies learned that O’Keeffe choked his girlfriend and placed a gun to her head. During the incident, O’Keeffe also held a gun to a neighbor’s head, a 39-year-old male victim. While O’Keeffe was seated in the rear portion of the patrol unit, he started hitting his forehead against the Plexiglas. A transport van responded. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

MARIJUANA/2X’S DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – FORT MOHAVE

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Mark Edward Fitzwater, 47, and Tamara Noel Jones, 35, both of Bullhead City, late Sunday (6/9) evening. Fitzwater was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, along with driving with a suspended license and a failure to pay fines warrant issued by Bullhead City Municipal Court, both misdemeanors.

Jones was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony. Approximately 11:20 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 95 at Lipan Boulevard. Deputies contacted Fitzwater, the driver, and Jones, the passenger. A record check showed Fitzwater’s driver’s license to be suspended and an outstanding warrant. Fitzwater was taken into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana and a pipe containing marijuana. During conversations with Fitzwater, he admitted the items belonged to him. Deputies found Jones to be in possession of a glass pipe with residue. Jones was taken into custody without incident. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

WARRANT ARREST – FORT MOHAVE

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Maryha October Delre, 29, of Needles, CA., Friday (6/7) morning on a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Bullhead City Municipal Court. Approximately 9:00 a.m., deputies contacted Delre as she was walking against the flow of traffic in the area of Oak Tree Drive and East Tamarisk Drive. A record check showed Delre to have an active warrant. Delre was taken into custody without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.

2X’S DRUGS/2X’S DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – KINGMAN

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Latisha Marie Fortune and Marina Marie Montoya, both age 30 of Kingman, Friday (6/7) afternoon. Fortune was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, along with driving with a suspended license and a failure to pay fines warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court, both misdemeanors.

Montoya was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies.

Approximately 2:15 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Hearne Avenue. Deputies contacted Fortune, the driver, and Montoya, the passenger. A record check showed Fortune’s driver’s license to be suspended and an outstanding warrant. Fortune was taken into custody without incident. Deputies found Fortune to be in possession of a wrapper containing 6 pills. Some of the pills were identified as dangerous drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a couple pills located on the floor behind the passenger seat. Fortune was taken into custody without incident. A search of Fortune revealed a glass pipe with residue. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

WARRANT ARREST – FORT MOHAVE

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Donald Robert Cromwell, 33, of Ventura, CA., early Friday (6/7) evening on a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Bullhead City Justice Court. Approximately 6:30 p.m., deputies contacted Cromwell at a residence in the 1500 block of Courtney Place in an unrelated incident. A record check showed Cromwell to have an active warrant. Cromwell was taken into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.

WARRANT ARREST – FORT MOHAVE

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Patricia Ann Marie Acosta, 24, of Bullhead City, Friday (6/7) evening on an outstanding warrant. Approximately 9:51 p.m., deputies contacted Acosta during a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Mountain View Road. A record check showed Acosta to have a felony warrant for trafficking stolen property, fraudulent schemes and possession of stolen property issued by Mohave County Superior Court. Acosta was taken into custody without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA/DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – MOHAVE VALLEY

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Billy Gene Woods, 51, of Mohave Valley, Saturday (6/8) morning for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony, along with criminal damage per domestic violence, obstruction-refuse true name, false report and a contempt of court warrant issued by Bullhead City Justice Court, misdemeanors. While deputies were patrolling Mohave Valley, they head a female voice call for help.

Approximately 3:56 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in the 10400 block of Barrackman Road and contacted a female and male subject. The male subject identified himself as Eugene Woods. Deputies knew Woods was giving a false name to avoid a warrant arrest. Woods continued to give a false name. Woods was taken into custody without incident.

The female subject, a 60-year-old victim advised that Woods had taken meth using a syringe and he had broken her cellphone. The victim further advised that Woods overturned a few drawers in the trailer causing a mess. Deputies confiscated two syringes.

During conversations with Woods, he said during an argument he broke the victim’s phone and knocked a few things over. Mohave Valley Fire Department personnel responded as Woods complained of chest pains. Woods was transported to Valley View Medical Center where he was evaluated and medically released. Woods was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.

DRUGS/ DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – KINGMAN

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Trever John Monteiro, 18, of Kingman, late Saturday (6/8) morning for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, along with a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies observed Monteiro walking in the area of Tommie Drive and Delvin Avenue.

Deputies knew Monteiro to have an outstanding warrant. At about 11:15 a.m., deputies conducted a high risk contact and took Monteiro into custody. A search of Monteiro revealed a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine.

He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
