Arrested Showing off his Popsicle

ComeBaby_51 On Monday, April 15, 2013, officers from the Coachella Police Department responded to an indecent exposure call that occurred in the area of Mazatlan Drive in Coachella. The investigation revealed that at 3:28 p.m., a male adult driving an ice cream truck exposed himself to a female juvenile while selling ice cream. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.

the13-0415-AyalaIsraelValdezA second incident occurred on Thursday, April 20, 2013, at 3:15 p.m. in the area of Pedro Drive in Coachella. The same male, driving the same vehicle again exposed himself to a female juvenile while selling ice cream. Officers searched the area and located the suspect who was positively identified and arrested. Nobody was injured in either incident.

The suspect was identified as Israel Valdez Ayala, 40 years old of Coachella. He was booked into the Riverside County jail in Indio for indecent exposure.
