Some of the folks we need to recognize at the Public Affairs Office that help get the stories out are, "Arden Wiltshire" (awiltshire(at)sbcsd.org), "Cynthia, Beavers" (cbeavers(at)sbcsd.org), and "Jodi Miller" (jmiller(at)sbcsd.org)
Locally we might get stories written by Corporal Rick Millard, Captain Don Miller and others.
Hey Jay, this is an example of what we can expect from COUNTY FIRE. This fire was in a county island. The Twentynine Palms Fire Department was NEVER DISPATCHED…. The Base and The Wonder Valley Brush Truck both showed up on the fire, but it took 90 MINUTES for the first County Engine to show up. By then the two victims were found dead.
This was a complete Cluster….. Someone in the County needs to be arrested for criminal stupid.
This may be a prelude of the future when/if the Lear Station 422 is shitcaned because the city has taken the position public fire safety and medical emergencies are not a city concern so they refuse to fund the TPFD.
The council has left its residents adrift and soon city will become a fire trap.
The most important thing a city can do is protect the community, but public safety is dumped in the laps of the water district. That’s just not right.
5 Ersatz Goats or fire safety, the imitation goats win.
Yepp…..
