The Twentynine Palms Artists Guild will hold its annual Elegant Junque Sale on Saturday, March 16, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., at the Twentynine Palms Art Gallery, 74055 Cottonwood Drive at National Park Drive, Twentynine Palms.
The sale is a major fund-raiser for the gallery and will offer great bargains and great stuff from the homes and studios of artists, members, and friends.
A call is being extended to the community to do some early spring cleaning and bring quality, saleable items to the gallery for the sale. Items can include artwork, frames, art supplies, collectibles, glassware, dishes, household and kitchen items, books, CDs, DVDs, jewelry, clothing in clean condition, accessories, furniture, yard items, and more.
Items will be accepted at the gallery on Friday, March 15, from 12 noon to 6 p.m. A team of volunteers will be on hand to help unload the donations, and organize them for sorting and pricing before the Saturday sale. All proceeds from the sale will go to support the maintenance and operation of the historic gallery.
