Homeless in Kingman…..
Kingman, AZ– Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Zechariah Alexander Bell, 25 and Scott Allen Bell, 50, both of Kingman on Saturday (3/2) afternoon for trespassing, a felony. Approximately 1:00 pm, deputies responded to a residence in the 3600 block of Ryan Avenue. Deputies contacted Z. Bell who advised that he lived at the residence. Deputies then contacted S. Bell who advised he did not live at the residence but was there during the day to look at the property. Also inside the residence were two small children.
Deputies observed the residence had no running water and no electricity. Deputies observed the conditions of the residence to be extremely unsanitary. The children also appeared to be dirty and were hungry.
After supplying the children with food, Child Protective Services was contacted and took custody of the children.
After speaking further with the Bell’s, deputies contacted the property owner. The property owner advised that neither of them had permission to be at the residence.
Z. Bell and S. Bell were taken into custody without incident, both were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
