On behalf of the readers of Cactus Thorns, I would like to wish you a very Happy Birthday today, March 1, 2013. While you and Fay are trying to recover from another upper respiratory flu bug, I hope you will find a moment to enjoy your special day together.
Remember, at our age, we do not drink, smoke, eat sugar products and avoid stressful situations…..well, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
Thanks DanO for all your unpaid work 24/7 to keep Cactus Thorns up and running. It is a great community service providing a news forum and reporting the news of our Morongo Basin not covered by the local newspapers or radio.

Going to Algadones was easy peasy….. Get your passport card and head on over the boarder…. Safe as going to Indio…. and they speak the same language too.
