Thank you for posting your picture. Of course that may be someone else’s picture that you are posting. If it is your picture, why the alias? I have never seen the need to use an alias. It is my opinion that if I am going to post an opinon, then the honest and courageous thing to do is use my real name. It is easy to mean and dishonest when hiding behind an alias. and in this PC world, for those that use an alias,I am not trying to take your right to use one away.

Maybe it was a poor choice of words for this site,but just so we are clear I was referring to he legal definition of a “terrorist threat ” A terroristic threat is a crime generally involving a threat to commit violence communicated with the intent to terrorize another, to cause evacuation of a building, or to cause serious public inconvenience, in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience. It may mean an offense against property or involving danger to another person that may include but is not limited to recklessly endangering another person, harassment, stalking, ethnic intimidation, and criminal mischief.
Had a phone call this afternoon from Carlos Reyes…. Turns out that someone got to his computer at his art gallery and using his ID by way of “auto input” logged on to our site and ran a muck.
The Guy is really a nice fellow and to be honest, I could not see how he could have been the one to proffer a threat to anyone. In fact with a little conversation we became quite friendly. He owns a art gallery in Yucca Valley a few doors to the west of the old Rexall drugs (Water Canyon Coffee shop).
After a long and friendly chat I do not believe this fellow threatened anyone, nor is it in his nature to do so.
Lets mark this one up to….. “Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men?” unlike a good episode of “The Shadow” we are going to leave this mystery unsolved.
I am satisfied that no harm was done and no harm was intended.
