Mohave Valley, AZ-- Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies and TOU (Tactical Operations Units) members executed a search warrant early Friday (1/25) morning at a residence in the 3000 block of East Old West Drive. The search warrant was for a wanted person identified as John Allen Delaney Jr, 30, of Mohave Valley, and stolen property that connected Delaney to a burglary that occurred in Needles, CA, in November, 2012.
Approximately 4:45 a.m., TOU members served the search warrant and entered the residence where Delainey was located and taken into custody without incident.
Delainey was arrested for trafficking in stolen property, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia along with a vehicular manslaughter warrant issued out of California and a failure to appear warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court on original charges of theft of means of transportation and unlawful flight from law enforcement, all felonies.
The search revealed multiple glass pipes with residue, marijuana pipes with residue, syringes and numerous plastic bags containing a white crystal substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine.
Additional arrests were made at the residence;
Ross Andrew Pelikan, 26, of Mohave Valley, on a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Bullhead City Municipal Court.
Stacy Jean Roberts, 31, of Mohave Valley, for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in stolen property, felonies.
Gabriel Cullen Roberts, 33, of Hinkley, CA, for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies.
Howard Spurgeon Flores, 60, of Barstow, CA, for trafficking in stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies.
They were transported and booked into the Mohave County District Substation without incident.
