Applications are now being accepted for two vacancies on the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission. Citizens residing within the city limits of Twentynine Palms who are registered voters and are interested in serving a four-year term on the Planning Commission may submit an application to the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 6136 Adobe Road, Twentynine Palms.
Application forms and a statement of duties are available at City Hall, Monday through Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and on the Human Resources page of the city’s website at www.29palms.org.
The deadline for submitting applications is 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012. Following a review of the applications and possible interviews, the City Council will make the appointments. For additional information, call City Hall at (760) 367-6799.
