Yucca Valley, Ca.-OPINION-I received a very demanding email that I state the truth about Lizzy immediately without even giving me the courtesy of  “Hi, how are you and this statement___________ said on________posted_______, needs to be corrected.”

Okie-Dokie Lizzy. Can you give me a clue?  Was it something I wrote on Cactus Thorns? Gosh, I checked the archives to verify, your name has not been graced on this Blog nor have I written a story about you, except for this one.

A further exchange of emails did not reveal the cause for her wrath demanding a correction.  Lizzy did send me a map of her residence to verify she does live on the Mesa but it still did not click.

Lizzy was upset about the Measure U Forum being held this evening at the Yucca Mesa Community Center and tried in vain to derail the event.  Maybe she just had to have a Lizzy-Tizzy fit and I was the target.  Then she foolishly states “You know very well what I am talking about. I don’t appreciate your slandering me or my husband.”

Turns out, Lizzy doesn’t want ANYONE to think she lives in Flamingo Heights because she lives on the Mesa! Hmmm. Slander?

Let me be the first to say that Lizzy does not in Flamingo Heights folks, got that now? I never said that she did but that is besides the point.  If Lizzy believes I did then let’s clear the air now. Turns out three years ago the residents at the Flamingo Heights potluck said Lizzy and her husband lived in their district of Flamingo Heights.
