Bullhead City, Ca– Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ruth Louise Bizon, 56, of Bullhead City, early Wednesday (10/24) morning on an outstanding warrant.

Deputies observed a vehicle traveling 54 miles per hour in a posted 35 MPH zone. Approximately 1:40 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 95 at milepost 201 and contacted Bizon, the driver.

A computer check showed the vehicle Bizon was driving had been reported stolen by her to Maricopa County. Bizon is the registered owner. Dispatch changed the status on the vehicle as recovered.

A record check showed Bizon to have a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Bullhead City Municipal Court on original charges of OUI, operating under the influence.

Bizon was taken into custody without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County District III Substation.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
