Blythe, CA – On Friday, September 21, 2012, about 1:00 A.M., the Blythe Narcotic Enforcement Team (BNET) conducted a drug investigation in the 300 block area of North 8th Street, located in the city of Blythe. Timothy Adam Arseo, 50, and Isabel Marie Naranjo, 51, from Blythe, were contacted at the residence. Consent to search the residence was obtained and items indicative of methamphetamine sales were found and seized by officers. Arseo was detained pending further investigation. Naranjo was not charged with any violations.

BNET continued the investigation. About 2:30 A.M., they served a narcotic search warrant at a residence located in the 400 block of North Sola Street, located in the city of Blythe. Mario Pena Jr., 30, from Blythe, was detained at the location and subsequently arrested in connection with the sales of methamphetamine with Arseo.
As a result of these investigations, over a quarter pound of suspected methamphetamine was seized. Arseo and Pena were booked into the Blythe Jail for 11378 H&S- Possession of methamphetamine for sales and 182 PC- Conspiring to sell methamphetamine.
