On 08/28/12 at approximately 2:41 PM officers from the Victorville California Highway Patrol Office responded to calls of an erratic driver traveling northbound on State Route 247 in Lucerne Valley.
At State Route 247 south of Rabbit Springs Road they found a 2001 white Ford F-50 pick up had struck a light pole, landed upside down, and was in flames. The driver of the vehicle, Diane Janett Rozar, a 59 year old resident of Lucernce Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
