CLOSED SESSION
A “Closed” Session of the City Council or the City Council in its capacity as Successor Agency to the former Twentynine Palms Redevelopment Agency may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. The Closed Session will be held in the City Hall Conference Room located at 6136 Adobe Road, Twentynine Palms, California. Any public comment on Closed Session items will be taken before the Closed Session. Any required announcements or discussion of Closed Session items or actions following the Closed Session will be made in the City Council Chambers, 6136 Adobe Road, Twentynine Palms, California. 3. Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957-Annual Public Employee Performance

It is the intention of the City of Twentynine Palms to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act in all respects. Well I do hope that the two incumbents realize the damage that can be done should the Council come out of this meeting with a reportable item of providing this city manager with any form of a pay raise.
After he, Richard Warne, the city manager, proposed and the Council agreed to only provide the rank and file with a 1% percent Cost of Living Allowance for 2012 – 2013 any attempt to even give Richard Warne that 1% is reason for removal from office.
Heaven forbid they authorize more than ZERO percent.
