I had to speak to the District Manger out of LA yesterday as I had a part that was required to be ordered. She stated that the Store was closed due to many reasons: store was unprofitable, rent was too high (as the property owner kept raising the rent), too high of credit given out, and she also stated that the store was being mismanaged.
Maybe all that was true or it could have been just the story line from corporate.
You could of used the NAPA On-line ordering system or the New NAPA Store in Yucca next to Sears.
another refugee from the 29 Palms Downtown Area….
Landowners think their rental property is worth the same as if they were in LA. I wouldn’t have given you $600 a month for that old NAPA Building.
