Meadview, AZ– Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Diane Prigge, 57, of Meadview, early Monday (6/18) afternoon for resisting arrest, felony, and false report to law enforcement, misdemeanor. Approximately 1:21 p.m., deputies responded to the 28100 block of Pierce Ferry Road in reference to trespassing.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting party. The reporting party said that a female subject trespassed at his residence earlier in the 28100 block of Crestview Drive. The RP advised that he wanted law enforcement to contact the female and inform her to no longer trespass on his property. The RP further advised that the female subject lives at the trailer park in the 28100 block of Pierce Ferry Road.
Deputies contacted the manager of the park and learned the female’s name to be Prigge and the space number where she resides. Deputies contacted a woman at Prigge’s residence.
The woman did not identify herself, but she said that Prigge was not at home. Deputies re-contacted the manager and the manager walked over and identified the woman as Prigge.
Deputies advised Prigge that she was under arrested for false information. As deputies were taking Prigge into custody, she resisted and tried to pull away. During the struggle deputies further restrained Prigge. Prigge was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without further incident.
