Gentlemen, did you bump your heads?

When you loose the support of the Unions or at least the rank and file of the local School District, you pretty much can kiss your political future away.

When 42 teachers have been or will be given their Pink Slips, it is a tough sale when the City Manager is given a $200,000 golden parachute.

And when you tell folks that are about to loose their jobs or have their hours cut that the city plans to hire one guy for what out here in the boonies is a huge sum of money, $120,000, you are not endearing voters.

I’m told that both Classified and Non-Classified employees of the Morongo Unified School District are pissed and have been calling their representatives to let them know how they feel. (I’ve been getting calls from them and the Park employees too. )

They are pissed knowing that who they thought was their man at City Hall, John Cole sold taxpayers down the river. They are upset with Klink and Flock too.

This story just will not die. It could be the seminal story that defines this coming election.

It doesn’t take a “Rocket  Scientist” to figure out that you piss off the School District Employees, political wonks quiting you and the Off-Road Community in this town un-trusting of you,  all the artists and kings men will not be able to put Humpty Dumpty back in office again.
