Apple Valley, CA– On Sunday, December 18, 2011, at approximately 8:15 p.m., CHP Officer D. Burke was conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12000 block of Apple Valley road. The driver of that vehicle, later identified as Ahjahman Frazier, 37 out of Palos Verdes, was giving false information to Officer Burke in order to avoid being identified. Frazier ran from the scene on foot and initially escaped. Approximately two hours later, Frazier enlisted the help of Michelle Ewing to pick him up, collect his personal property from his roomate and then leave the area.
Deputies from the Apple Valley station, Officers from the California Highway Patrol with the assistance of Sheriff’s Aviation apprehended Ahjahman Frazier and Michelle Ewing as they attempted to meet with Frazier’s roomate behind the Lowe’s in Apple Valley.
Ahjahman Frazier was taken into custody by CHP and found to have an active $75,000 felony warrant out of Los Angeles for impersonating a police officer. Frazier had in his possession, multiple fake I.D’s and a fraudulent Federal Law Enforcement Officer’s badge. Frazier was transported to West Valley Detention Center and booked for PC 148.9(a), PC 148(a)(1) , VC 2800(a) VC 31. Frazier remains in custody and is awaiting transport to Los Angeles County for his felony warrant.
Michelle Ewing 21 of Victorville, was taken into custody by Deputies from the Apple Valley Station. Ewing was found to be on felony probation for assault. She was transported to the Victor Valley Jail and booked for PC148(a)(1) and PC1203.2(a). She is being held without bail and is scheduled to appear in court on December 20, 2011.

Ahjahman Banyon Rogers Frazier will tell you that he has worked for Universal Records or Sony Music Group however this is not true. In fact, Mr. Frazier has never worked or held a job in the music industry.
You may meet him at a music seminar and he may show you a company badge but don’t fall for it. He made the badge at office depot and downloaded the Universal logo from the internet and simply added his photo.
He will also tell you that he can shop your demo cd to the a&r department at various record labels for a fee. this is not only fraudulent information, but true agents or record company employees will never charge a fee.
Mr. Frazier will steal your money or music and sell it on sites like itunes or amazon without your consent.
