Hemet, CA– On November 21, 2011, deputies from the Hemet Station responded to the area of S. Dartmouth Street and Acacia Avenue to investigate a report of indecent exposure. The victim reported that while walking her dog, a male subject drove up next to her and stopped. Believing the male was about to ask for directions, the victim approached the vehicle and found him exposing himself to her before driving away. The victim was able to provide a description of the vehicle and a license plate number to the investigating deputy. Upon further investigation, the suspect was identified as 22-year-old, Niko Stone of Hemet.

On November 30, 2011, Niko Stone was arrested at the Hemet Police Department while attempting to fulfill the requirement to register as a convicted sex offender on a previous case. Stone was transported to the Larry Smith Correctional Facility and booked in on a new felony charge.
