Open letter to Sherry Hall

Sherry you used my name in vain at the City Council meeting when I was not there to defend myself. You told the public you are threatened by me.

Let me share something with you. You are the offense and I am the defense. You attack my recreation and I defend it. You mention my name at the council meeting and I write this blog. The old saying don’t dish it out if you cant take it applies here.

You have every legal right to be the coordinator of the Community ORV Watch trying to stop off-highway vehicle recreation and I have every legal right to point out that you run illegal vacation rentals in the county. Your vacation rentals are not permitted in the City of 29 Palms and you have not taken the legal necessary steps with the county.

The public needs to be protected and this is why we have health departments and such. I also highly doubt you report your income to the IRS.

When I mentioned you are taking a fraudulent property tax homeowner exemption on your rental property that was no lie because you are. I come from strength because I report the facts and I wonder if this is what makes you feel threatened.

Sherry we are not brothers we are not sisters and we are not friends. We have never met or talked on the phone. Your feeling threatened by me tells me your uncomfortable.

I really could care less about what you do but then again I’m on the defense. If you would stop attacking my form of recreation I would have nothing to report facts about. Heck you could even run a dance studio out of your house for all I care.

I thought we all bought out here so no one would tell us what to do?
