2010 Bullhead City woman rolls it on I-40

On 1/13/2010 Phyllis E. Cuseo, a 77 year old resident of Bullhead City, AZ was the driver and sole occupant of a 1999 Toyota 4Runner westbound on Interstate 40, four miles east of Ludow.

Cuseo was in the number one lane and drifted into the center divider, overcorrected to the right and overturned on the south shoulder.

Cuseo was ejected from the vehicle. CHP and paramedics responded and Cuseo was pronounced dead at scene at 10:25 am.
