Press Release – May 19, 2011 – For Immediate Release

Seats Open for the Free HDWD District Tour

Yucca Valley, CA – The Hi-Desert Water District will be hosting a FREE Tour for District customers to learn about what it takes to bring water to the tap.  Tuesday, May 24, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. customers will have the opportunity to hear detailed history, financial information and current project updates including the Wastewater Project.  In addition, customers will board a bus and tour District facilities and watch a live leak repair demonstration.  Water is our most precious resource.  Seats are almost full.  Hi-Desert Water District customers wishing to attend should reserve a seat by calling Jennifer Cusack at (760) 228-6267.
