Lynne Curtin
This story reads like a 29 Palms who’s Who when you follow the players and the property records. Something smells fishy. Just haven’t put my finger on it, yet.
‘Real … OC’ wife a no-show in Inland court – PE.com – Daily News Digest
Real housewife of Orange County Lynne Curtin will face an arrest warrant if she doesn’t show up in Riverside County Superior Court next month to deal with a $1.26 million civil suit judgment.
Curtin, one of the six women featured in Bravo Network’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” failed to make a court appearance Monday in Riverside along with husband Frank.
A default judgment issued in July 2008 says the Curtins, plus Frank’s brother Christopher, owe a real estate investor more than $1.26 million.
Real estate investor Mercury Manzano sued joint property owners Lynne and Frank Curtin, along with Christopher, in 2007. Christopher is identified in the lawsuit as a resident of San Bernardino County.
Manzano said between 2005 and 2006 he loaned the brothers a total of $1.3 million for investments in residential real estate developments the brothers proposed. Manzano said the defendants “failed to repay any of the above-referenced loans.”

Mercury Manzano
Chris Curtin you might remember ran for 29 Palms City Council in 2006. He and his brother Frank worked with Jay Corbin on many of these projects.

Hey, there, Wizard Dan, can you interview Jay Corbin? Isn’t Corbin a former 29 City Councilman who going to run again this election?
Inquiring minds want you to so some gumshoeing on this story.
No Jay Corbin was once the Community Development Director. As for running for City Council I believe he is.
