just what are they doing in there? and what are they scared of ?
Wow. I guess we shouldn’t have posted that agenda on January 4th if we intended for this meeting to remain a Secret. I’ll have to make a note of that next time we have one of these little things called a Performance Evaluation. Oh yeah, we also had a 5 1/2 hour Open Session strategic workshop yesterday where we discussed 10 key topics facing the Town. Video taped that session and will break it up into viewable size sessions to show on CATV.
Sure Mark you don’t have to post an agenda…. go ahead.
So why should a special meeting be held on a Saturday? The way I see it and mind you I’m only an out of town observer, the town could have consolidated those meeting dates and saved the taxpayers several hundreds of dollars. Your big on saving money I would have thought you could have seen that.
So what was the outcome of your evaluation?
Well since I’m a salaried employee and not paid by the hour, having the Closed Session on Saturday morning didn’t cost a thing since I was the only employee in attendance. The donuts I served the council I paid for and the sandwiches we enjoyed for lunch were the leftovers from the prior day’s meeting. So no cost to the taxpayers and nothing to report out of closed session.
So you paid off the council with donuts and sandwiches? Gee how many violations of law did that break?
You bought the council off with a bag full of Blimpies and a flat of Krispy Kremes? No shit?
