ons Bureau have been investigating the battery between Ms. Lohan and a Betty Ford Center staff member, Dawn Holland. The lead investigator received a fax confirmation today from Ms. Holland’s attorney that she will no longer be cooperating with the investigation and does not wish to have charges filed with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Indio office for the battery.
This case however will be submitted to the District Attorney’s office as the investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery. A copy of this investigation will be forwarded to the Los Angeles Probation Office. It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the District Attorney’s office later this week.
Details:
On December 12, 2010, at 1:03 a.m., officers from the Palm Desert Police Department conducted a battery investigation at a transition housing location. The incident was between two adult females; one of the females was a staff member at the location. The victim in the incident desires prosecution.
The incident is being investigated as a misdemeanor not committed in the presence of a peace officer, therefore no one was arrested at the scene. The investigation is currently ongoing; as a result the name of the victim will not be released at this time.
Upon completion of the investigation; the reports will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office to determine if charges will be filed in the case.
It’s one thing when celebs get themselves into trouble and fight to change. Then there is Lindsey. If I were in her place I would have to ask myself. Why do I call someone a friend that helps me dig myself in deeper?

For those of you trying to change. First admit that you have failed to save yourself. Next try asking God to help. Be respectful and ask for help, ask those why questions. I believe if you are honest and willing to admit your own failures you might start getting answers. I did and God used all kinds of things to help me. I just needed to realize that he uses some unusual people, things and objects to get thru to those of us who admit failure on are own. If your friends are dragging you down they are not your friends.
